Hmm dropped into a race, this time put in pen 1 with 50 riders. Bit of an easy win to be honest. I just attacked and no one went near me so I suspect everyone was a bot! Although the physics are good you can't really compensate for tactical element of racing other people

I can see what extra physics modelling TPV offers over Zwift, but what extra physics modelling does MyWhoosh offer over TPV?

I suspect Milzy’s account has been hacked by the Saudi Secret Service and is now being fed by a bot.

Your first few races tend to be like that whilst the system learns your capability.

Can only echo what norry says - you can get away with fooling the bots a couple of times but the bleeders soon cotton on to your tactics ! In a field of bots I can only hope to come top half at best
And on completely different topic - I noticed Rouvy has introduced braking on corners at some point - must be a good idea if others are copying

Bots are still very diesel, did an elimination race which was fun until the end, I attacked last hill and everyone else continued at their pace so that was a bit dull. Probably do need to seek out the really popular races but I tend to have short notice before jumping on unfortunately

Once you find your level you will miss these times

It's just gathering data on you for the first few races.

What date in March is free access to TPV finishing?

My Victory trainer is not due to arrive until the end of February and I am fully booked up for the middle 2 weeks of March.

I was hoping to get to trial TPV for the rest of March. I will also have 2 months free on Zwift to test how I feel about that.

I’ve no idea but there is a group on facebook that should be able to help - I’m sure you will enjoy Zwift , a lot of people do , it just wasn’t for me . Tpv has taken all the issues I had with Zwift and come up with a very good solution to make things better ( in my eyes ) yourve had a long wait for a trainer and must have sent you bonkers , I hope when you are all set up that you enjoy it , it can be a marmite kind of thing , if there’s anything you get stuck on I am sure there will be plenty on here to help you - unfortunately if you ask me , we will all know that you have reached very near to the bottom of the barrel ! I am just one up from the room full of chimps typing Shakespeare plays !

I've joined a Team on TPV (Team Lou) who are pretty sociable. Doing a TTT with them at 2pm and then one of their Group Rides at 3pm. The Group Rides are treated as a sort of race by some and an easy ride by others. I'll be in the easy ride mindset today after the TTT.

Link to Group Ride below in case anyone fancies it .... oh and there is a Discord Chat Channel for these rides as well.

When I first got my new PC, TPV was buzzing along at over 100 FPS most of the time and I could hear the fan kicking in.

However it now seems to stay at or just below 30FPS and I don't think it looks as crisp. I have checked and it is on unlimited FPS in the Graphics settings - and I've set my bettery options to "Performance".

I have installed a new NVIDIA driver but I'm a real Luddite and don't know how to manipulate the GPU settings.

Any suggestions how I optimise the GPU here?
