Another really bad lead out - sheer guts got him home first.
I'm not sure it wasn't a deliberate move by Martin and Goss to mess up the plans of the other sprinters.
I want to watch that again and again, just to see where he came from, but I reckon that's Cavendish's best win yet. I thought he was gone, the HTC train gone, but up he popped like a true sprinter to be where it mattered when it mattered. Cracking stuff!
Just heard the post race interview and Cav reckons the organisers have planned the finishes to upset the HTC train!
