Sure there are good and bad lorry drivers but the video is not about that. The video is saying that articulated lorries are inherently unsafe vehicles. So by that admission, from the horses mouth so to speak, do you not think it appropriate that there should be a debate as to whether they ought to be allowed on the roads at all, and if so, how the burden of responsibility should fall in the case of an accident?
They are lumps of steel etc . Until they are operated they are not unsafe. It is the operator that makes them unsafe . Same as with cars.
The consequences of poor operation are massively different. I make no argument in that respect .
Ps there are no blind spots until the turn starts .
