Ive been in this job for 6 years. I have not gained anything, I have not received anything of value -- even the hourly rate is shoot. I have to beg 30mins on the phone for just one day off and on top of that. We dont get any respect from you our managers, our client or their customers.

I had a problem with the manager where you were sending me, I warned you there would be trouble but you played it down and punished me when there was trouble and refused to pay me for even turning up for work when I decided I had enough of this clients abuse that I picked up by bags and left.

Ontop of that, you the managers have lied to me, not just once but on multiple occasions. firstly being about the our hourly rate, second about backdating some pay to keep us all happy, thirdly about changes to the contract and how I wouldnt be affected. but I have been affected and you have made no effort to accomodate my needs or wants.

You know that I cycle to work, but you have me split between two different locations and not one location has a locker spare for me to stow my personal belongings. I ask you to accommodate me but you told me to let all the changes settle but I am still stuck in the same places and even my request for bits of uniform to replace the ones that are worn have been ignored.

You've pretty much left me to rot and don't try to sweet talk me and say otherwise because I have been in the same shitty position before. left to rot with the same uniform that I had been wearing for 3-4years that was literally so worn and frail that anyone could of confused it for the rags of a homeless man.

Yet here we are, 6 years of service and absolutely nothing to show for it. even new people are getting paid more than me even if its just a few pennies more.

No respect whatsoever.

I have always been patient and forgiving. When things went wrong i would give you the benefit of the doubt. but this bullshit has gone on for too long and its not as if you care if I leave so thanks for all the fish and fark you very much but this time I have decided that enough is enough and its time for me to go.

I would have left by now, and have done so before, life is too short.

Similarly, if you must use public transport, i.e. the train I am currently on, whilst obviously unwell - try covering your mouth when coughing you selfish, thoughtless, clueless spreader of germs.
Actually, this post doesn't really fit with the thread title in that I COULD say something, and very shortly I might..... Or go for the easy option and move seats!

Especially annoying when the purpose of my train journey is to take my bike to Carlisle and then spend the weekend cycling home again. If I wake up tomorrow in my hotel feeling like shite and have to change plans, I will remember you, Mrs..

I don't like being obliged to watch unskippable ads before I get to watch YT videos, but it does mean that the video creator makes some money so I will put up with it as long as you don't take the p*ss. Having said that, did you really think that I would watch a 14.5 minute advert in order to be allowed to see a 12 minute video? SERIOUSLY!!!

Going back a nice 15 years or so I remember doing all the stupid sh*t you’re doing now. It’s only when you get to this age you realise what a complete & utter waste of time it all was.
I’m sure you’ll learn some awesome lessons from it but honestly I’m not sat on the side line watching your catastrophic fall from grace, I saw by accident. Steps have been taken to ensure i see nothing further & i’ve told nobody I saw it, so crack on, no one cares.
I’m just sad for you that you’ve plastered it on social media for everyone who respected you to see.
