Maybe you should actually say that to the person involved. I quite possibly would if I knew said person.
This is the guy Lullabelle mentions in this thread quite often. Saying anything to him would be met with a blank look. Actually, he seems to be enjoying the death of his mother in law because it gives him a reason to be the centre of attention again.

:hugs: for Saluki. Nobody deserves to be unhappy and taken for granted. Perhaps you need to act.

Over these last 4 years, I have felt lonelier than I have ever felt. You don't talk to me as "we no longer have anything to talk about". Your words, not mine. You spend most of your time abed, asleep and when you are conscious you have your nose pointing at some bloody game on facebook. I am actually wondering if you would notice if I left home. Yeah, you probably would, but only once you had used every bit of crockery in the house and nobody had done the washing up.
Where are you now? Oh yeah. You are in bed, asleep again. Did you not get enough sleep on the 90 minute journey into Norwich today, or the 10 hours that you slept last night. Maybe the 3 hour siesta yesterday afternoon didn't hit the spot.
Bored now, going to take the dogs out for a walk in the rain. You will get up in time to leave for hospital in 20 minutes won't you cos the alarm has gone off twice. I've tried to wake you and you told me to go away, or words to that effect.

If you can't say it, leave it as a note for him to find. Don't let things fester.

Posts like these make me appreciate being carefree and single!

Oh.
Was going to put a post of my own in here this afternoon but suddenly it seems very unimportant. :hugs:

@Saluki , that sounds crap. Here's to happier times.

@Saluki hope things improve. Literally a wake-up call needed I fear..

:hugs:, I hope things get better. Don't forget your friends on CC.

Thank you lovely CC friends. Much appreciated. I am back from walking in the pouring rain with the dogs now. They are not best happy to have wet heads and paws (their coats cover the rest). The beach was deserted for half a mile in either direction, so fabulous for off leash play and running about. I have wet socks, that have been slung in the washer. I also remembered that I cooked a tea loaf cake last night. Hubster has gone to dialysis. The dogs made so much racket, being coated and collared that they woke him up. Actually, they made such a noise that they might have been able to wake dead people. Ooops.
Feeling much better after a rant and a walk in the rain. Might even brave the bike later. I now have a massive mug of tea so life will improve dramatically over the next 400ml or so :cuppa:

Someone on Tipping Point (ITV+1) only got one question right in 30 seconds so she has a whole lot more problems than I do

If the Coca Cola lorry wants to drive through Leicester then let it, ok so you are diabetic, there is a high rate of child obesity and tooth decay but that is the parents responsibility so keep your nose out you attention seeking, crooked waste of space. Nobody asked for your opinion anyway you just popped up like a puss filled boil to get you mug on the telly yet again
