Listen you silly man, the reason I am asking you a question is because I'd like an answer. Telling me I should know is not a proper answer.
Also you are a complete over paid prat.
You seem to have taken an instant dislike to me, well the feeling's mutual.
Today's exercise was a complete failure. Don't think you'd listen to me though. What do I know?

Please shut the FU. In the last 15 minutes i have learnt your whole life story and if you want to talk to your mother sit next to her not across the aisle from her.

You may not have noticed 4 people have got up and moved from this carriage, only 2 of us remain, one of them is comatosed and snoring and i cannot be asked to pick up my luggage and move. I have my headphones in and can still hear your inane witterings about the keys you lost 2 days ago and the fact that you are going to Ipswich for your daughters birthday but you are coming back tomorrow so you can go into effin Morrisons.

Shesh, give me a drunk banker on the train anyday!

I guess that you would prefer @User14044 to be asleep next to you with his head resting on your shoulder.

To the Clifton Wheelers rider I saw out today. Yes, your red club jersey and shorts, plus red Cube bike and red Oakleys made you look very cool and trendy, however the addition of a pair of knee length black socks undid all of that good work, and just made you look like a pratt. I suggest you stop buying matching accessories, and invest in a full length mirror.

They were probably compression socks. (S)He might just wear because of some magazine article suggesting that they help this, avoid that ...

OTOH, they might have poor circulation in their legs and feel more comfortable with those socks on.

I wear a similar sock on my left leg much of the time now since the leg can swell due to my clot-damaged veins. I don't actually need to wear the sock on the bike because the pedalling action stops the blood pooling below the knee, but if I needed to wear compression socks when riding it would be nice not to be judged harshly for doing so!

You're right. I didn't think about that. Apologies.

I think I need compression socks. I need to get the swelling in my right leg down. Did you buy off the shelf or get some specially made?
