You aren't buying essentials. You can wait a few minutes to be served. The fact that we are short staffed is because of poor management. We have a very high turnover of staff. I will leave when I get a better job.

Most customers ARE nice. Unfortunately our bosses make up stupid rules for us to enforce which we know will upset people.
I don't agree with paying for bags but I don't have to put up with people swearing at me and treating me like rubbish.
