Twice you've tripped out the flow wrapper today with your ridiculously excessive use of cleaning materials.
Yesterday, a bagging machine worked ALL morning, flawlessly. You take over and within half an hour, you've managed to do what no-one else has, to allow the film to come out of its track, a job that took me 3/4 hour to get sorted.
Everything you touch...you are a Jonah, its always you, you're a liability and everyone sniggers every time you create this mayhem, and TBH I don't know how you get away with it....but unfortunately I do

On a personal level, I don't mind you , you're not a bad fella....but if it was my company, i'd sack you tomorrow.

After what I've seen over the past two months, and especially after what I saw with my Mum in A&E over 10 hours on Monday night I will never listen to anyone dissing the NHS again.
Things may go wrong and get hectic and even take time to happen, but I have never been anywhere that has such wonderful dedicated people doing their utmost.

Last year you accused me of not being loyal to the company, despite working for you for 3 years and doing overtime as often as I could and I even worked 29 days out of a 30 day month for you. Now we are coming to the end of this contract and you have no loyalty towards any of the staff on this site, despite having 3 years here incident free and other sites not being able to go 3 days without incident. I just wanted to thank you for allowing hard working, loyal and professional staff to be on the dole the month before christmas, when pretty much all of us have families to feed. You wonder why we have a high turnover of staff on other sites? It is because of your lack of loyalty and lack of respect towards them. (For the purposes of letting you guys know how bad she is, a guard phoned up and said he wouldn't be coming to work because his wife was ill and he had to look after the kids, she replied with "so you're not sick?" And then put him down as a no show. Or how about when a guard had a heart attack in work and she emailed the supervisor the next day and asked when the guard will be back before asking how he is.)
