I lost interest when a boss told me to my face no matter how hard i tried i wouldn't progress , the last few years i will get the same yearly rating review which affects your pay rise no matter how much extra i do so i pretty much dont bother anymore .Any extra i do is for my benefit .
From what i have seen for another £80 a week for the next step promotion is not worth the extra hassle and i can see me taking the early retirement offer next time when they decide to do it again .
