We suffer from the same condition I think Mo - we have mentioned it before.

I have to eat crumpets without looking at them.

The worst thing for me to look at is all those stacked seeds inside peppers - literally make me want to vomit.

And all those little holes on strawberries - ugh!

And 'frondy' things, can't bear them!Pp.

Yes - just come back from blood test

nice and sunny - but that wind is enough to make you drop a gear down
and/or up the motor assist on an ebike!!!

coming home was pleasant and faster!

looks like no rain for a while - SWMBO had me out watering the plants last night

I have no idea how much water they need so I just got the hose out and sprayed water in the general direction of the flower beds for a while

I have my Mother's tough with plants - they either live or die and I have pretty much no clue why

One load of washing done, MrsP is hanging it out on the line.
The dishwasher is on a cleaning cycle, and I am having a cup of coffee whilst listening to the radio.
I have done my first round of exercises and now I am going to sit outside on the patio and catch some rays.

I'm considering cancelling Strava and a number of other American subscriptions. I've already stopped using Amazon and buying anything I can identify as from the USA.

This is my tiny protest against Trump. I have many good friends in the States. I've asked them how this makes them feel. All have replied to the effect it's the best thing you can do to help us. That's rather sad.

That very much mirrors what we as a househould are doing Paul. We've also deliberately increased our comsumption of Canadian Maple Syrup 🇨🇦, lovely in Porridge, muesli, etc etc 😁

House tidied. Volvo dropped off for new tyres, 5 minute walk home. Bass practiced.

There is a scheme in Wales where we can get free solar panels at no cost to us and we don't have to have all the insulation and heat source pump. However our income is a whole £3.00 a month more than the max amount so we are missing out. Typical, we never get anything.

Gods that injection was painful!!!!
filling was no problem - just replacing one that had come out
probably would have been OK without the injection - but didn't have the right frame of mind to ask

anyway - no more dentist for 6 months!

Same as me - never qualified for anything ( apart from the TT ).
The one and only time in my life that I really needed any benefits I was told to bugger off, as I was self unemployed. Had to sell my house to survive.
