Another damp, misty, drizzly day in prospect .
All the usual things to do today, and I'll do a session on the turbo later on If cant work up the enthusiasm to go out on the bike.

If you have been up all night then you haven't been to bed and therefor haven't risen.

4.2 mile riverside trail walked. I tried breaking into a little jog to see how the legs and lungs feel after the lurgy. Nearly there I think.

Good morning folk. A decent sleep last night.
I tend to wake as it gets 'lighter' but that seems to happening later each week so this morning I crawled out of bed expecting it to be 5ish but it turned out to be 7.
No idea what I will be doing today.

Just realised it’s 6 years today since Dad died. It only feels like a couple of years. Scary how fast time is whizzing past now.

p.s . the orange monstrosity assumes the reins of power on the 20th Jan so drink up and be merry for we knoweth not what fate holds in store for us all. for all of us meandering on this truncated sphere It will be a bumpy ride at the very least

Can't be ant worse than the shower that we have.

Haven't been out of the house all week. Still snotty and wheezy.
I'll see how I feel after I've got up and had breakfast.

Good morning. I've been awake too long. It's dank, misty and drizzling. Ride plans cancelled. I may make flapjack later as a contribution to my future cycling plans. I have to register the purchase of my new wheels and frame. Who knew wheels have serial numbers? There's a job for later. Nothing much else planned though there is some ironing. Right now I'm heading back to bed for a snooze.
