Just for the record we have just finished sausage and chip with sprouts for me
and sausage and mash with marrowfat peas for SWMBO - and gravy - but I am not allowed proper gravy any more and I couldn;t face the gluten free instant stuff!!!

Sounds nice, I had home made spag bog with air fried potato wedges, nice and stodgy, it definitely hit the spot!
