Good Morning. A flying visit for this morning. Bright and sunny which is ideal allotment weather. I've been awake for hours!! Two hours ironing done, floors to sweep and mop then exercises and allotment. That's why it's a flying visit. I've just had bacon and eggs. The key board needs a wipe down now! Bugger. Another task.

Allotment wise I'm envious of you guys planting, sowing etc. No point in thinking about that for three weeks up here, we only just have bud burst on the trees.

Don't mention the football. :cry::cursing::cry: 👋👋

You are starting to sound like classic now. :laugh:
Is that a bad thing?

Well - I've been to B&Q and got some 6 inch nails for hanging things in the new shed

I was thinking about a ride - but I had
a) better get the shed more sorted out
b) better sort out the gears before I go for another ride - they are VERY stiff and change "at some random point in the future" rather than when I clikc the clicky thing
c) the grandkids MIGHT come down. I have not seen them since before my birthday and we were told that they would come down "later in the week"
and we normally take the oldest climbing on Sundays

however - unless we puch things with the grandkids then naff all tends to happen
but if they come down when I am an hour away onmy bike then I will be in trouble!!!

anyway - so bike gears first then nails in the shed I suppose

Can you clad a shed I wonder? I have an 8'x12' shed that's basically sound but the boards have started to shrink on the sides and the bottom of the door has started to rot in one place. It's a solid timber frame so I was pondering on how to rescue it.
