Whatever happened to just black or white coffee. Now there is a list of 5o different names for bloomin coffee.
Anyhoo. Lamb chops, egg and chips today.
I am with you on that!, and that is before you get asked “would you like this weeks special blend from wherever”, “would you like an extra shot”, “small, medium or large”.
No wonder there is always a queue!
Phew!! Feel better for that.😊
Penwortham, tis where the fair Mrs P got er edukation Girls Grammar skool unlike Mr P who was as fick as a brick, and went comprehensive. While we are on the subject of coffee shops if any of you are in the Preston area and love your coffee do travel a little way out to Penwortham and visit Three Sisters Coffee Roasters its a tiny unprepossessing little cafe. The coffee, in a wide array of types, is outstanding, the cakes are all made in the little kitchen beside the counter and the toasties ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Visit on a Monday and you might meet three pedalling pensioners, one of whom you know.
I'll also recommend you The Post Office Newburgh were the coffee is sublime. I can't make the web link work.
Lagom Bakery Ormskirk no indoor seating as the coffee is an add on to the wonderful bread and cakes

I've just had a 'phone call from Chase Farm hospital , I am booked in for my knee replacement surgery on the 21st of March.😳 They will put a letter in the post today.
I hope after this, once the physio is over I can still ride a bike.🤔

Hope it all goes well for you Paulus. My mate " Washing Machine Pete* " had both of his knees replaced about three years ago. A complete success, he was on his exercise bike almost straight away which certainly helped give him an excellent range of movement. He is 78 and does parkrun every week in a faster time than I can manage. The Surgeon was delighted with his progress and his words of wisdom were to keep up his running.
* There were several " Petes " in our circle of friends, I'll leave it to you to guess his occupation prior to retirement 😁

A flight of helicopters have just gone over the house, grey, military and in formation. Has it kicked off somewhere?
