I wish my riser still made squeaking noises.

I wish mine would still rise😁

Well, you might not be missing much...

According to some YT footage (is that even a term these days?) by an eminent urologist, the UK weekly average for fun and games between partners is around once per week - across all age groups. And even that declines across all age groups.

That seems awful low to us two old love birds.

Mind you, a good friend and his wife who rarely indulge (apparently their sex life has always been poor - both products of repressed upbringing), are of the opinion that more than once a month would be boring!

What can you say to that?

Out recently with Mrs D and we stopped for a coffee. Ir ordered an Americano.

"Would you like milk in that?"

"Er, it wouldn't be an Americano if you put milk in it."

Already been done - keep up at the back.

While we are on the subject of coffee shops if any of you are in the Preston area and love your coffee do travel a little way out to Penwortham and visit Three Sisters Coffee Roasters its a tiny unprepossessing little cafe. The coffee, in a wide array of types, is outstanding, the cakes are all made in the little kitchen beside the counter and the toasties ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Visit on a Monday and you might meet three pedalling pensioners, one of whom you know.

I'll also recommend you The Post Office Newburgh were the coffee is sublime. I can't make the web link work.

Lagom Bakery Ormskirk no indoor seating as the coffee is an add on to the wonderful bread and cakes

Salut.
In Caernarfon today helping my sister in law to send emails , in French , to her French solicitor and bank after the death of her husband as she wants to sell the property they had in Normandy now.
No doubt my services will be further required as the French solicitor doesn't speak English.

It's good to be wanted.
