Couple of miles walk then a couple of miles jog done. Just going to have a soak in the tub now.

Today's excitement is green bin day and a haircut.

Good Morning. It's damp and chilly but the sky is clear. The forecast promises sunshine and 4 by 09.00. So kit on, bike out and set off for the meet point at 8.30. I'm targeting 50 miles for the monthly challenge. I'm in a "you'll enjoy once you've started" sort of mood. If my buddy messaged and said "no" I wouldn't take much persuading. PT session this afternoon and then I have to think about our tea.
