Nothing more after that. Weird.
Local shopping this morning and then retreating to my workshop.

Today's highlight is a trip to the audiology department at the hospital as Mrs G has lost her hearing aid so a new one it is .

I'd go sooner rather than later. Your chances of burning increases as the day goes on. The water will make it worse, and cool you slightly whilst increasing the burning.

Have you blokes heard of sun block creams? SPF50 at a minimum.

Daft question but why doesn't it come complete with gutters ?

I don't know. It wasn't one of the, many, expensive, optional extras on offer. As the eaves overhang I suspect it's not an easy and profitable job for the installers.

I lost mine some time ago. I knew roughly where I dropped it but no success.......had to pay £75 for a new one.

Good morning. It was very windy and raining hard but I puushed myself out of the door into the elements. As my run progressed the weather improved and the wind eased off. I finished in bright sunshine with some fluffy white clouds😎

Going back many years (as I can) a holiday consisted of lying on the beach, in the sun, as long as possible and going to the pub at night.
1976 we had a week in Anglesey, got nice and brown then later had 2 weeks in Cornwall.......I was nearly black.
In recent years I have happily stayed in the shade.
