Well, my ghast has been well & truly flabbered. Ernie has graced my feeble £5K holding with a £1K win 😜
Biggest win I have ever had, and a remarkable return for the 2025 year 🤪
The milky bars are on me 👍

Which reminds me of the sad news at the Nestle factory, when a member of staff was seriously injured when a pallet of chocolate fell more than 50 feet and crushed him underneath...he tried in vain to attract attention but every time he shouted "The milky bars are on me" everyone cheered 🫣

Well, my cleaner has messaged to say she is not well and won't be coming this morning. I might go back to bed.

I can see some clear blue sky. We are up to -1 now. We have weather warnings for snow tomorrow.

Up early taking son and fiance back to Manchester.Stop off for a latte on the way back,then a chinese takeaway for tea.that is today sorted.saturday tree and decorations down,beds changed and that is saturday sorted.Back to normal now.

Chilly but pleasant wander done. I left the house at 7.25 and had my head torch with me but managed without it this morning. I think the daylight is stretching a bit now

Might wander round to the supermarket later. Having to have my porridge without anything in it this morning as I have no blueberries or bananas left.

Hello! No frost. Damp. Gentle breeze. Next time I get up, clean out the stove, build and light a fire in anticipation of a bitterly cold day..........I'll look out the window first! 🙄

Very industrious morning so far. Fire built, tidied round, scrambled eggs and bacon, two mousakas made - one for tonight and one for the freezer.

Mrs P has an immunotherapy infusion today. She will be nackered at the end. I'll drop her at the hospital mid-morning. Then I'm going to P C World to look at magic boxes. I think seeing what's on offer will help me understand what I need. Pick Mrs P up on the way home.

I'm offer to stretch and do some gentle weights. Coach gave me a new routine yesterday. Learning the moves is always the important step.
