Yep. Sometimes we have a day of not eating much.

Can't remember if I checked in this morning 🤔. Anyway, did 30 minutes on the turbo and couldn't be bothered to readjust the saddle height which was set for Mrs Tkk who is 5'2". My legs are a bit achy. Popped in to Poole and got a few bits from Lush then had a coffee and slice of cherry and white chocolate cake. Back home now, sun is sinking ( after exporting 11kWh to the grid ) and I feel like I need a little nap....

Wandered through the Dolphin centre on my way to catch the bus and paused to listen to a choir singing Christmas carols. Both the carols and the singers were oldies, and did an excellent job😁. My old grey cells woke up and as they launched into " Oh come all ye faithful " I was singing along to myself in Latin.... Adeste Fideles 🎶

An entertaining game. 7 goals, goalkeeping howlers, defensive mistakes, but Spurs won 4-3.

Good morning all.
No doubt mighty Mo has already completed a 15 mile walk.
Cleaner will be here at 10.
I need to strip the bed and get everything washed and dried.
I plan an Aldi dash at 07.50 (that avoids the main traffic).
Yesterday's planned pub visit was postponed so will be going at 12ish.
