Just back from the Doctor
She was running 30 minutes late but when I got in I managed to talk through all the different things I needed to go through
probably took 20-25 minutes which has to be more than they allow for - so she ended up running even later!

Still - I now have an idea of what it wrong, what the effects are and how to deal with it and how not to deal with it all

and we had a bit of a laugh

all in all - a doctor visit the way it is supposed to be and I probably won;t need a face-to-face visit about this for a long time now

feel much better about stuff now!

It been a good day. I went volunteering in the morning for Warwickshire wildlife trust , it was a little cold working outside but fun. Plus my daughter has just got confirmation of her first job interview next week . Fingers crossed.

Daughter No4 got herself fired from NHS a long time ago now (long. story, and, it was her own fault). She has been in gainful employment ever since (about 28 years now), I am pleased to say, although, getting the first 'new" job was a bit of a struggle.

I'm going down with a cold. I have a runny nose and a chest cough.
I bought some lemons today, so the first hot lemon with honey has been had. Another one before bedtime with a couple of paracetamol.

Cheers 👍. She is aware of this, that this might follow her around like a bad smell ( though I think it’s a little less likely because of personal information rules these days ) . That’s why she has sighed up with temp agency’s as well as applying for permanent jobs, so she can try put some distance ( job wise ) between her and the NHS .

We are in day 2 of three with a forecasted high of 36C. UV Factor of 10 including Sunday when the forecasted high is only 24C.
Dash has had a walk and it is already 23C at 9.07 am.
