There should be an appeals policy. Your daughter should through her union start the application for that.

Cheers . We talked to the Union rep that went in with her. As soon as Sam receives the official notification, the rep will begin the appeal.
TBH I am not feeling positive as they seemed to have ignored/dismissed all the mitigation, the initial incident, her autism, her remorse and apology plus her going out of her way to find counselling to help her manage her problems . ☹️
There was me thinking the NHS was a caring employer.

The NHS might be, but the individual managers might not be.

May have dozed off there.

I crashed out for an hour (as I do most afternoons) then crawled into the shower.

I think that could be part of the problem in this case. At the last meeting, the union rep was very positive about how it had gone, even talking about trying to get my daughter back to work before this meeting.
Everything seems to have been turned on it’s head in the last couple of weeks ☹️☹️

Been chastting to me oldest lass.

She owns two hair salons, and has her own personal portfolio of private customers that she handles personally separate from that, usuallly very well minted ones.

One of these punters is going to Cyprus for a few months and wants his hair done. He's paying to fly my lass, her partner and my two grandkids out to Cyprus for four days so she can cut his hair, paying for four days of lost business, and putting them all up in the guest wing of his private villa. Alright for same, eh?

And the best bit? I get to look after her Porker Macan twin-turbo S for four days!!!

Shame he's not got a hairstyle like yours, he'd save a fortune. 😂

Is it safe to come out now or have we still got to mind our P&Qs ???
If so I may bugger off to Cycling UK or YACF, the only trouble with both they are very stuffy and not much fun and to be honest you have to be in the "click" and I have been with YACF since 2008 and with Cycing UK 2007 and still not really one of them, maybe I talk the same politics or wear the right aftershave or maybe it is time to call it a day..............will see

May 2005 here, different username. Then when swapped platforms they lost everything to do with my account.
Still don't feel part of it.
