Morning all. Crap weather here, steady rain and its cold.
Another horrible sleepless night. Not well yesterday so was in bed early. I awoke thinking it would be 0600.....it was midnight. That was it, never clept after that as the old legs were on fire and I could not get comfy.

Morning. A damp and humid day with thundery showers. My worst kind of weather. If I go a walk I either just risk getting wet or put a jacket on and cook. It might actually be better exercising indoors with the fan on.
