I think I have a cold, been unwell all afternoon with shivering and runny nose
Just taken two paracetamols with my night tablets and I think I will go to bed.

I went through to the bedroom and snuggled down while keeping an eye on the cycling.

Pretty boring as predicted apart from the sprint.

The rain seems to be with us now. Managed a couple of hours on the bike in the dry this morning. Snoozing in front of the Tour this afternoon.

I sat through the whole stage this afternoon as it was pouring down with rain. The highlights show on ITV4 might need/will need some padding out.

I have just got back from 45 minutes in the gym and half an hour swimming hard, I am feeling better than I have for a couple of days.

A nice bit of roasted chicken breast with a bowl of salad for dinner right now, I reckon I am eating so much chicken nowadays that it will not be long before I start laying eggs.

I fancied something sweet too so had some pineapple chunks and skyr coconut yoghurt.

Raining here and set to be on all day tomorrow so exercise will need to be Wattbike or treadmill, or possibly both depending on how I feel.
