Just had a call from the Doctor, nothing serious, just a follow up to my Dexa scan a few weeks ago. Apparently I have Ostopaenia which is not uncommon, and she wants to arrange blood tests for calcium levels and prescribe D vitamins. I explained that I have quite a healthy lifestyle and diet, and have been taking D3+K2 for quite a while as a prophylactic but she wouldn't be deterred. Still, it's good to know that I'm in the system as it where.
