Since Sue passed away I get very emotional over things, be they happy or sad.
I am already shedding tears while they are interviewing the marathon entrants and their reasons for entering.

It was when mum was diagnosed with lung cancer that I started running with one of the Race for Life’s.

Mrs and Mjni D have eye tests this avo. On the way back we'll swing by B&Q for a colour chart so I dan etwrt choosing colours for the new Drago Tower.

It's another gorgeous day here. I have the patio door wide open

Good morning all.
I've been industrious so far. Dog walked as normal and then hoovered downstairs and the cleaned the front room carpet as it looked filthy. It was. It will need another going over but I have run out of cleaning solution. The hallway is just as bad but that can wait until tomorrow.
I've got a mug of coffee and toast and marmalade and I am watching the London marathon. Liege bastonge liege cycling on at 11.30.

Been out for a couple of hours on the bike, cold and damp at times but missed the rain proper. Saw 4 more swallows so that’s it, they’re here now.

Watching all these people at the marathon is making me want to extract the digit and pick the running up properly again before I’m past it
