I popped out for another 3 mile wander round the town as it was so nice. Quite a few people out on their bikes including the two girls from along the road who were just setting off. It almost tempted me to get out myself......almost
Get out, chase them down and scalp them!
Two at once won't happen too often.

Well - all the clocks are now done - except for one

The one on the bedroom was its normall annoying self on clock-change-day
looked at it at 6:20 - checked my phone which said 7:20
and woke me up a bit more

went to the loo and came back and the clock had decided to update and now said 7:23

I have no idea how that damn thing works!
One year - before I retired - I left it alone and it changed on the Tuesday!!!!!

OK - it has been better since - but again I have no idea why. It gets the time from the DAB radio - but reception on that has always been fine. If I switch teh raido on the it works OK - but who wants to leave the radio on all night!

anyway - did the kitchen clock first go

Oh - damn - better check the car - new car so I have no idea how to do it

So your pee took you 3 minutes? I trust you enjoyed it ^_^
I'm poor, so I had two sausage, mashed potatoes, carrots, swede with onion gravy followed with mince pies and custard

WoW......I'm glad I am not that poor

To be pedantic
The clock read 6:20 - which could be anything between 6:20:00 and 6:20:59
then it read 7:23 - which could be anything between 7:23:00 and 7:23:59

so minimum time is 1 minute and 2 seconds
maximum time is 3 minutes 59 seconds

and in that time I had to get up - find the bedroom door
walk across the landing
open bathroon door
lift lid
lift seat
Pee
shake
shake again
shake again - I'm getting old - look it up!!!!! (other possibilities are available - so I'm told)

retrace steps
get back into bed
think to look at clock
turn over
look at clock

not bad in 3 minutes

but I don;t normally time it all - especially at night

Hope this helps!

Hi folks :okay: managed 24m today and thats miles not bad back metres  Stopped to help a cyclist who's chain had fallen off, i was expecting it to be off the cassette but it had fallen off the chainring. As it was a 1 x i reckon it was probably a stiff link, anyhoo took of the chain guard and popped it back on and away she happily went with the chain guard in the front basket :okay:
Hope to be doing some longer rides in the next few days as long as the creaky vertebrae behave themselves :okay:
