Another week over and still no test results

I have phoned them, but told me 6 to 8 weeks and it all depends on how many tests they have to do, that will take me up to the middle of April

Good morning all.
There's not a cloud in the sky and the sun is coming u.
The Green bin, garden recycling lorry has just come down the road.
MrsP is feeding the cats and the dog and letting them out in the garden. They are all much happier when the sun is out and it's not raining.

Good morning from a very windy Alnmouth. We're off to parkrun soon, as it's two laps we will be battling into the wind at some stage and wind assisted on others. MrsTkk birthday today 🎂🎂

Managed to survive the first day of having our bof guests.
Does anyone want to know the intricacies of using a laboratory induction oven with regard to rare metal casting? Thought not; neither did I but I had to sit through two hours of it last night.
We're taking them on the steam train today and doing the whole route, with a drop in at the Quantock brewery on the way. That should take up most of the day.

Morning all.
We have had rain with some hail. Apparently we are due heavy rain and strong wind soon.....how nice.
A quiet day for me. Meals are all sorted......my main one is home made curry with chips and bread n butter, yum.

Welshie, a serious question ie not a wind up.
I read your comment on the other thread about 'ticktock'. For some reason I get regular invites to download/sign up for it. I know nothing about it other than comments like yours.
So.....my question is....why do people join it? I assume there must be some benefits.
