I'd complain about them taking the money before dispatch, they should just refund you without question.

I've just sent the below email to them. If they say no I'll ask for a refund. If they say yes, or we'll give you 30 percent off I'll take the offer, but I think they'll say no. If it were me I'd think 'we've kind of fecked up so let him have what he's suggesting' But business is business so they'll probably decline my suggestion.

Sadly all your sale items left aren't in my size. Could I have either the black or the electric blue poet fedora for the same price as the green one?

They were so quick to take the money out of my account! I ordered the hat early on Monday morning and they'd taken the £152 out of my account when I looked on Monday afternoon. So prompt at taking it out, but not so prompt when politely replying to my emails! They are absolute scrunts!!! 🧐 :thumbsdown:

Obviously this is a trick they try quite often! They'll try it on with say ten customers and if 3 or 4 of those customers can not be bothered or don't have the inclination or know how to get their money back then they are quids in, as they say! Unfortunately for the scrunts they will not be ripping ME off!!🧐 I have already contacted the local branch of my bank. They offered to start legal proceedings over the phone there and then, but I asked to see them in person which I am doing tomorrow! What con artists eh! Like I said earlier, you could understand if they were some dodgy sell from home fleabay organisation, but they'll be there on Jermyn Street, in their posh shop with poncy assistants looking down on folk, hand wringing if someone they think has a bob or two to spend walks in, grovelling to them etc etc!! If I was in there now I would whack my walking cane on their shop counter and demand to speak to the manager asap, vigorously informing them them that I will not be leaving until we get this matter resolved immediately! 🧐

I've just phoned them. They were ok, saying they've been very busy with orders etc. They said they will definitely get back to me via email hopefully today, but if not by tomorrow at the latest. This kind of eases the situation. I hope they do reply then I won't have to send my man @Drago round to have a quiet word with them!! 🧐
