I lost my/another colourful hat band feather yesterday. It probably fell off as I put my bag over my shoulder, with the bag's strap catching the feather. I decided to use two of Accrington town centre's finest pigeon (flying rat, some might say) feathers as a substitute. What do you reckon? 🧐

I found that 'lost' feather in my leather man bag that supposedly knocked the colourful feather out of my headband, the other day. I'll still keep the pigeon feathers though as I quite like the look of them.

With autumn in mind, what do you think about this tweed fedora? It's a bit different to fur or plain, one weave wool. I prefer the brown to the what they describe as black, which to me looks more dark grey, due to the added lighter bits in the weave. 🤔

They could've been (another ) bargain of the year so far, but these probably 1980's Bally loafers for sale for £50 in the retro clothing shop are size 12. I'm size 10. Similar Bally loafers are priced at around £600 these days. Would I pay £600 for a pair of loafers, no matter how 'designer' they are? No, I would not! After the novelty wears off in a few weeks they just become another pair of 'which ones shall I wear today' shoes.
