Put them on a length of string that goes through your sleeves

I've seen clipping them to a ring attached to the sleeves of an anorak. This allows you to shove 'em in your pockets when you warm up rather than leave them dangling

I have seen the string trick too, and not just with small children.

Why buy ANOTHER pair of whole leather gloves though, when it's expensive to keep replacing those lost leather gloves! 🤔 Why not buy cheaper colourful tweed, like those below, instead!! 🤔 🧐

Thank you for your kind comment regarding me.
I realty like the colour of the lining of your new coat.

I appreciate the multiple photos you put up of items and enjoy when you try them on, to see what you match them up with. One of the lighter fun posts of this forum and also a subject a bit different, as said I look forward to post on here, thank you for you photo efforts and I am glad you get to enjoy clothes so much.

Sorry you lost your gloves. Spent most of Monday afternoon with a friend, searching for the hat they dropped the day before, no luck sadly. At least it was not raining during the search.

I'm like that with wax jackets, Mrs stephec thinks I've got enough though and wouldn't buy me another one. 😂

I don't think it's excessive, I've had 'Fred' my bike leather since 79 then about 10 years later bought the 'Blouson' style one then the 'Smart' leather in about 2005 and Maz was planning on donating the Sheepskin to a charity shop til I collared it about 10 years back and now I've got the brown one so in 45years I've only had 5.

Thanks, the lining of the coat is aubergine in colour. As for my photos, it can take me 45 minutes to post as many as I did, like with the 11 I posted. I can't send them to CC directly from my phone. I have to send them to my Facebook page, then when they reach there I copy them and send them to CC. Sometimes my Facebook page accepts 3 or 4, even 5 photos at once, but sometimes it'll only accept 1 and sometimes non at all, so I wait and try again in an hour or so. Then you can over load a post with too many photos, meaning CC won't accept so many, so you have to split the photos into 2 separate posts. Another problem that happens every now and then is when a picture is too big so CC wont accept the photo, so you either have to bin it, or take another photo of the item, hoping it's now small enough to be accepted by CC.

Sorry you lost your gloves.
I must've tried/asked 5 or 6 shops I could've left them in, but sadly no luck. There's one shop I visit left to ask. I was going to ask them today, but they'd gone Christmas shopping in Manchester, which would seem like hell on earth to me, but they go there quite a lot as they say they like busy city life. Which after seeing many videos of Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester, or 'Crackie Gardens' as one video presenter/narrator calls it, where everyone seems to be wearing black 'bin liner' polyester clothing, again seems like hell on earth! My idea of 'fun shopping' would be nearby to me Clitheroe which I visit quite often, or further away, but only 25 miles from me Skipton, which are both rural, old market towns, where you might even see a fellow tweedster or two, like myself!!🧐 ;)
