He might fancy a move though...and submit a transfer request ;)
Reckon they'll end up buying a striker from elsewhere in Europe though

He'd be nuts to move at this stage I think, and Newcastle would be even more nuts to sell him, especially as they don't have to.

I read that they're scouting Paixao who isn't as prolific but a similar sort of player.

The jinx of Kilmarnock's Marketing Department strikes again... We had a "bring a friend for free" initiative for our most recent home games against Ross County and Motherwell, we lost 0 - 1 against Ross County and played out a stalemate against Motherwell last night.

This always seems to happen when we do stuff like this, and I suppose it's a good thing to set reasonable expectations about what you usually get at Rugby Park.

Absolutely, VAR should be able to retroactively issue a red card for blatant cheating, especially such as going down like they’ve been shot when there is minimal or no contact.

A major gripe of mine is the commentators/analysts saying "you can see there's contact so he's every right to go down". That to me is wrong. There will be contact in a contact sport. Just because another players leg or toe touches yours, doesn't mean you've a right to fall theatrically, roll like you're on fire, slap the ground, hold your toe like it's connected by one remaining ligament, only to then get up after no treatment and put away the penalty, run like the wind to the corner flag and slide on your knees in joyous celebration, soaking up the adulation of your deceit.

Could be our turn for an "own goal" this Saturday.

Great initiative and certainly something to celebrate.

In our home games this season (Linfield FC - Irish Premiership) when we've played against teams in what are not considered big games, we've had kids for a quid initiative which has been well received. Under 16's are normally £10 in although a season ticket for under 12's is also £10 so we're not exactly ripping folk off.

There are plenty of examples of this kind of cheatin, Kyle Walker recently, Ashley Young was another (not sure he still is). On the other hand some players are targeted, Jack Grealish being one.

I see Sean Dyche has been sacked. I thought he would survive till the summer. Everton has been a basket case for years. I think this increases their chances of relegation. That new stadium will look good in the Championship.

And West Ham have parted company with Lopetegui, thank God.

According to the Sun Mourinho is in the frame for the Everton job. That's bound to end well.
