I think St Brendan's whining got amplified because of the meedja's obsession with the bigot sisters and that established a narrative but you're right, it's likely clubs like St Johnstone, Dundee, St Mirren etc voted against them as a way of disadvantaging clubs they see as competitors.

I haven't seen a single convincing argument against them backed with facts. Entirely the opposite. Worldwide studies have show 8% less injuries and absolutely no home advantage to teams using them.

Undoubtedly.

And yeah, the injuries thing is a total myth.

As if nobody ever gets injured on grass FFS...

In one of those weird transfer sagas Notts released one of their clowns of a defender only for Bradford City to sign him as replacement for the defender Notts signed from them. A good bet for next season would be Bradford conceding the most goals in League Two.

I had wanted Dortmund to win tonight until the Yellow Wall started singing YNWA because Klippity is in the crowd.

Still do to be honest, but that kind of nonsense irritates me for some reason.

It's their song as well. Klopp being there had nothing to do with it.

I appreciate that it's not especially funny if you're Welsh, but it is if you're not. Quality pub quiz trivia too.

Gibraltar must have had their Weetabix in the last couple of games, we struggled against them too, though that may be because of players worried about picking up injuries and not being fully committed (which I know Clarke would have taken a dim view of if the case).

Finland tonight will be tricky. It'd be funny if England slipped up against Iceland but I can't see that happening again.

To be fair Andy is drawing with an island worse than losing to a budget supermarket 😊

That was pretty poor from England, I turned over to watch HIGNFY, I'm glad I did. All that attacking talent yet we often struggle to breakdown the 10/11 men behind the ball teams.

This is why I think not taking Grealish is a big mistake. Yes, he's been worked out, but nullifying him only works when there's a couple of people on him creating the space for others.
