quite predictably, Rooney has confirmed to be a bang average manager, again, and been sacked.

I'm surprised it took so long. The expectations at Brum far outweigh his current managerial capabilities.

I thought he did quite well at Derby - and perhaps he should have stuck it out there.

Maybe he'll improve if he gets another job at a lower level.

are you smoking something - its been 12 games which isnt long at all, although results have been poor, but he hasn't had a transfer window to work with. They were mad to sack Eustace in the first place though.

He did stick it out at Derby, through administration transfer embargoes' players being sold without him knowing etc....I actually thought he did well there too, given the circumstances and his loyalty to his players was quite admiral. He only left when a new owner had been found and the club was heading to a level footing.
