Oi Accy, did you have a young striker on loan called Aaron presley?
Any good?

We did, season before last. Unpolished youngster back then. Tried very hard, couldn’t fault his effort. Couldn’t time a jump and so couldn’t win a header, which was disappointing for a big lad. Didn’t score many, either. That was 2 years ago, mind, and he’s had a bit more time to learn how to be a striker. He seemed a sound guy and I hope he does well

I don't normally buy in to the RIP type posts, but this guy was an icon of my childhood, and a guy that did not too shabby coming from a small town like Kilbirnie.

Very few could attack the ball in the air like this guy, Gullit was a close second, but runner up was always all he was going to be after this guy.

I think his family believe this contributed to his demise, and I hope it leads to changes in the rules if it is ever proven to be the case.

RIP big guy.

Just watched the highlights , we are defo a different proposition from teams before . Second goal from us was a cool finish. Penalty dubious for sure but if it was other way round you would take it . Things looking up however we are experts on throwing games away though
