Not seen many butterflies this year - though saw a few of theses on a walk with my daughter - though each time I got close they flew off or passed me...

My better half is doing butterfly surveys with the National Trust all summer. First day : one, last visit: over 100!
She's doing dragonfly surveys too. She's got better photos than me!
