Here you go @Tail End Charlie! For your collection. Fairly unfussy farm boundary style with hard sandstone above Penistone, South Yorkshire. I admit to seeing beauty in my own work, but mostly in that the beauty comes from a reworking of effort already expended by others with far greater skill. In this case, the wall foundations on this land remained entirely unchanged from around 1785, if the debris in it was to be believed.
(Fancy Dan new walls never seem to have the same appeal to me, despite their precision and creativity. For many skill lies in making the repair or rebuild work appear to have never happened 👍 )
