How long does it take for Bkool to approve an uploaded a video to go on the website?

I uploaded one on Saturday, but no sign of it on the website yet?

Thanks

Did you get any feedback by email etc to confirm receipt? I didn't (not sure if you're supposed to) - uploaded mine 2 Friday's ago and again last Friday just in case - still patiently waiting...
Hope this means they'll show up with the '3D' treatment ;)

I have a bkool and am having massive problems synchronising, every time I go to settings / manual synch of devices it comes with a message that I need to insert USB stick, this I do as it is in. Have got it working a couple of times but takes loads of tries inserting and taking it out before I get it to work. Anyone has had similar problems?

Rock, try inserting it into a different USB port, not all USB ports are created equal : )
Already did, strange that it has worked a couple of times but after a lot of hard work trial and error. Taken me up to 1 hour to sort then happens again. What driver is used, mine seems to be using garmin ant agent. Could this be the prob?

Think I have done everything right.
1. Downloaded the windows programme from Bkool.com
2. Inserted cable from BKool unit to laptop.
3. Inserted Ant+ stick to USB port
4. Logged onto programme (have tried this before point 2 also)
5. Settings / manual / pairing devices.

I get the "Insert USB Antenna+ Stick" when I try 5.

Also I never get the screen shown below which is mentioned in the http://www.dcrainmaker.com/2012/12/bkool-wireless-ant-trainer-in-depth-review.html is this because I am using a more updated version which has got rid of this.

Someone please help, am dying to get on the Bkool regularly but frustrated with this.

Did you try an alternative usb port?....I would also download bsim v2...looks like your version 1...

I have downloaded the version on their website, the screenshot above is taken from the dc rainmaker review last year.
Have tried all my usb ports and don't know what to do next.

I take it you've installed the cadence sensor...that screen shot is of the old version of bsim....which is why you cant see it....do other usb devices work ok on your pc/laptop....do you have another pc/laptop to try

yes cadence sensor is on and other USB devices work. I have actually got it to work a couple of times. and when I put the stick in, you can hear the sound the laptop makes when it is reading something. Also if I go into the Garmin Ant+ connection window can see the device there searching.
