Sorry for lack of update as I thought I had.....

The heart Transplant took 10 hours and he came through fine! He’s now been talking, joking nonstop, he’s busy today talking new bikes and trips. A few more good days and he’ll be out of icu. He still can’t text until his arm gets more therapy- there was a hematoma in his upper arm caused by meds, they had to remove it and some nerves were affected. Will take time to repair.

Let's hope he can be shifting gears asap

Amazing news, obviously a long road ahead, but what a champ!

Randy! Well done mate!!!

Definitely the best win on this forum that I can remember.

And probably the best excuse anyone has ever had for not finishing a ride too!

Really pleased for you amigo

Cool I'm struggling to average 200w

🫣 Sounds like it could be mutually beneficial to get things rolling.

Have you been cycling much over the summer shim?

My work pattern is a bit random at the moment so I don’t know if I’ll make every race live. You ever join other organised races on Bkool or rouvy?

Did some riding early summer when weather was OK but spent last 2 months doing nothing as the turbo was packed away and outside was a no go. Never tried rouvy since 2018 as it didn't work for me then. What about you?
