Well that was tough. Tee-u-eff-eff - tough. As an old pal of mine - sadly departed - used to say as we reached an alpine summit. Well in @shimceltic - well-timed attack on the penultimate climb. Those lumpy sessions are way harder than an all up, all flat or all down even if the overall power somehow turns out lower.

Yes I enjoyed that. We all pulled up hill and drafted down. Thought it give it a push and just got enough gap to keep you guessing if it was worth the effort.

Hey all.... @Brusgaard hasn't had marmite before so I've told him to try some if he can get hold of It....
Without saying anything use a smiley for what you think of marmite!

One of my colleagues actually has a jar of Vegemite, which is about the same, right? Some of his Australian family gave it to him when visiting him around Christmas. He has not yet dared to open it.

Compared to Marmite, Vegemite is thicker like peanut butter, darker, and slightly more bitter. So use only a small amount!

I’ve tried both and it must be an acquired taste. Or lack of taste buds.

Not a fan? You need to only use a bit and not spread it thick like peanut butter.
They do a chilli version 🔥
My Mrs got me a marmite Easter egg a few years ago but that was too much 🤮

Sounds like I'll struggle to match the time, solo, but I'll give it a go when i get home. Maybe my high altitude training will help...?
