@Brusgaard noticed my today's attemp did not show in standings. Assume my ride finished after you or someone else approved?

Approved now! :okay:

@Randyberlin I've been base riding every other day, light load, good 80ish rpms, 115 heart rates. Starting to pay off now as I can see my speed going up, and rhythm starting to improve. Shaved a half minute of in today's time debacle and Garmin watch no longer telling me I'm crap.

That's exactly what I need to do. Get a different watch.. Seriously I have been looking at some training plans to get the cadence up. I used the Zwift training plan years ago but never completed it.

@Randyberlin as a veteran I chafe at the regimented plans (brings back less than optimal memories) , but the routine is good for me and seems to work. Need an "old fart" specialist bike coach to drive me on, as some days the will power fades. PT the last couple of months was great to show me benefits though, so all my best wishes as you forge on.

On your outdoor ride today it said 14 mph wind. I thought about doing my first outside ride today because of a break in the rain but I think you've helped convince me to stay in the shed.

Yes, 31.2kph avg. and then I hit the head wind on my way back… Forgot my shoe covers, but thankfully around 7C so didn’t freeze my toes.^_^ But then I had to clean and dry my shoes.

Now you're shaming me into it. Just put the back wheel on, pumped up the tires and put the Elemnt and radar on charger.

Yes, with that weather there is no excuse! just a matter of putting on some warm clothing.

Here it has been raining and/or very moist since like forever, but also quite warm because of that. I lost 2-3 kg on today‘s ride, so probably put on too much clothing!
Next week we will break the record for the most wet January ever, and we are not even half way into January yet!!

You don’t have to clean the bike after an inside ride.

Following a recent email from BKOOL I thought I might try the "Stage of the Day" this evening. Anyone know what they are like, or even whether the scheduled time is Spanish time, or GMT?
