Thanks. 2 months with the new knee and muscles coming back just no cadence still. I never had a high average - 73 before, but now grinding more than spinning. I should probably work on that.

@Randyberlin I've been base riding every other day, light load, good 80ish rpms, 115 heart rates. Starting to pay off now as I can see my speed going up, and rhythm starting to improve. Shaved a half minute of in today's time debacle and Garmin watch no longer telling me I'm crap.
