Sorry guys I feel kind of bad towing @AndyMacca to a fast pace. He started 12 minutes behind me to strategically use me for those 1.5 seconds of draft at mile 10.
Thanks for hanging back from the group to be in the perfect spot to boost me up that ramp. 🤞
An electrician called round to do a quote just at I was getting on the bike at 18:00, managed to get him back out the door pretty quick but missed the start. 15BPM avg HR lower than last Thursday in a weak attempt to taper for my Sunday ride.
@shimceltic Yep, horrible course changing gears all the time.

Great race, after you dropped me with about 3kms to go i thought if he gets another gap he's gone but I could just hold on and then gave it more than everything at the end to just pip you.that was brilliant - thanks all

Join the Tuesday handicap and we can ride together and hopefully hold @AAAC 76C off for a while!

I did a warm/cool down ride in the beta after the race. You can find the video of that here, if you don't want to install it yourselves. I go through some of the menus at the end, and also shows the problem with searching by user name. Sorry about the weather, as it was raining in the 3D world and winter in the video.

Well that was interesting. Sat on the line pedaling like mad and not going anywhere when I spotted the stop pedaling message, yep this isn't zwift. By the time I got organised I was already a way down. Buried myself to catch a bot and when I did I relaxed a bit too much and got distanced by said not, never to be seen again. I actually enjoyed it even though I was a lone rider for most of it.
