Quick question guys. I dont seem to have the export button when I access the ride through my history. I havent really used the turbo for a while as I've been riding lunchtimes at work, and weekends, but I used to be able to export. My bronze account has run out now, so I'm wondering if that removes the ability to export.

Any help appreciated

The export function is only available with a gold subscription, as detailed here.
The bronze package is free, so I don't see how it can expire.

Thanks for the quick reply Asa. It was actually the gold subscription which I got when I bought it. I'll have a think about subscribing for a month.

Just received an email from Bkool, all videos are now free to Gold Subscribers and if you have purchased any they will refund the money.

Mine is now in the loft as the better weather (should) arrives.

I have let the gold subscription go, but may renew it in the early winter.

Have to say it has kept me going over the winter / flooded months.

Right fellow bkoolers...for the 2nd week on the trot my 2hr session has failed to upload to my activity feed...i did quit with an hour to go on each...but i've done that before and its sent the session ok....the sim says sending session but nothing any ideas?

Sometimes my sessions are slow to appear, but they've always turned up eventually. Incomplete sessions should still show.
I've not been able to find a file with a copy of the data on my own computer, so I assume that once it's been sent to Bkool it's deleted. If you saved the session and got the "sending session" message, the only thing I can suggest is an email to Bkool to see if they can trace it.

For the last few days, I haven't been able to connect to Google Earth when using Bkool. I don't even get the "Google Earth has crashed" message, the screen shows me the gradient profile and that's it.
Is anyone else having problems?

Hi Burndust, I had a few sessions go missing and they never turned up its annoying as you feel you got no proof that you done them.
let me know if you get anywhere with bkool,not on my turbo at moment getting out as weather is getting better.
