Thanks @Randyberlin and @shimceltic enjoyed that.. proper buggered now... :heat:

I don’t think it was a league ride... certainly not showing as one.. great stuff ..I will have to do it again.. :banghead:
Sorry. I started it from my scheduled sessions but since I challenged @shimceltic to put it in my sessions i thought it would count as a league ride. It really is amazing how much harder you work with competition. As James was closing my heart rate was in the 180s.

You're right. I hadn't thought of that. I did a trace route and it got to the UK then timed out.
I just checked my subscription and it's good. The same thing happened yesterday and I blamed it on our high winds and a power bump but now better do another test ride later.

You can join me and the other Americans in about an hour (7 PM UK) for the "Featured" BKOOL USA Sunday race.

You're right, I don’t do anything near that kind of effort whilst on my tod.. I expected you to do a 250 ave jobby and was surprised when I pulled away..

What do you think of the Bkool Air? If you had a spare thousand quid, would you buy one?

Read my reply in the Splitter thread.

@BILL S I've just abandoned my membership and admin on Chain Gang and Mountain Goats to free one up for you!

I've retained admin on The Handicap group just in case... ^_^

Geoff

Thanks very much Geoff. An extra admin position will be very useful and help to ensure there'll always be someone around to approve the rides. Mountain goats is more or less defunct (unless anyone wants to take it over?) As for the handicap race, I'm sure everyone is happy that you're keeping hold of the admin for that. You'd probably get better numbers than the Chain Gang has lately, although last time out we had a pretty good line up of 5 or 6.

LIVING THE DREAM
Did CG 3 today.
Not quite so benevolent this time.
Started of steady for the first km and then put the hammer down.
Hope I provide a better carrot than last week.

I did 19:10 for the 15km compared with 26 minutes for the previous 2 off 20km stages.
At 6.5 minutes per 5km previously 19 minutes for 15km is slightly quicker (30 seconds) so I don't think I am going to blow you away.
