I think by the time you got booted out I'd been praying to the bkool gods to do anything to stop me getting a double humiliation. Mind you, getting beaten by a ghost is probably almost a double humiliation anyway. At least I wasn't 4 mins behind you like last time :B).
Rod, I thought you'd stay with me but as soon as it flattened out I seemed to get an advantage. could be tyre pressure.
Not sure about keeping up. I always struggle on the flat. My tyre was above 120 psi so I'm not sure it can go much higher.
I enjoyed the race though, not too far behind!

Take a look at his Activity details from yesterday, and you'll see he did 319W constantly the last 10,5 KM. That would be pretty hard to keep up with, even for you.

Just done this week's ride though I'm not sure how useful my ghost will be as I seemed to lose connection a third of the way in and rode with constant resistance after that! Bit of a of a start, small ring advised, and then it will be interesting to see who is where after the first 3kms .... Just saying!

As you can see I have my doubts about the validity of my ride I think you should keep my ghost as a rabbit for @AAAC 76C on Saturday, but I hereby absolve myself from any responsibility for problems or medical bills arising from anybody trying to keep up with it. The internet connection here in rural France is too inconstant to make virtual riding pleasant (is it ever?) so I won't be joining you for Saturday, though I may try to tune in a spectate and encourage. I also have to use my phone as I forgot the ant+ dongle so reading time gaps is almost impossible. @BILL S I then think the ghost time should be deleted as it's not valid and I'll do this stage, with the ghosts of @BILL S @perswe @Brusgaard , some time during the month when I'm back in Barcelona and have a stable connection and a screen big enough to read.

Wish I could come up with some similar generic excuse to avoid having to do that again on Saturday. That twenty something minutes felt like forty:heat:

Then imagine doing 20 km on the velodrome before that. I promise to better my time considerably on Saturday, and will be happy to start the race, if you should find an excuse not to.

Thanks Steen. Always good to have an escape plan in case I'm feeling too much of a wuss. Hopefully I'll have manned up a bit by 5pm tomorrow. :girldance:

Bill. It says my stage 1 attempt did not count due to weight.

That is a mistake. I am fat and I stand by it.

I've just reactivated my Bkool subscription for 3 months. Cost me £7.99.

I'm not leaving Zwift, or packing up my Neo, but I wanted to see if they've made any improvement for non-Bkool turbos with the new simulator. I may rejoin the league for 3 months.

I had trouble with the beta version of the new Sim, which crashed my MacBook when I loaded it. I had to work with Apple support to remove a load of Bkool crap from my library.

Did anyone else have any upgrade issues? Did you upgrade from the old Sim? I thought somebody said they had to delete the old Sim first and then do a clean install of the new Sim, but maybe I imagined that?

Any advice would be welcome.

I installed the new sim fresh in my new win10 laptop and no problems at all. Did a couple of rides bust must say didn't enjoy Bkool as much as I used to, and not as much as I'm enjoying Zwift now with so many of us racing on there. I love racing with you guys :hugs:

Glad you are enjoying zwift. Some of us still prefer the overall experience bkool gives us, despite its (well documented) problems, video and 3d gives me a range of options that i don't think zwift does. As it seems you no longer have any affiliation to bkool and unless you are being paid by zwift to recruit people I don't quite understand why you are still posting so negatively in this BKOOL forum?
