Well that left me quite knackered and in awe of your performance Keith. I assumed you had fitted your Continental 4000s tyre and had it fully pumped and had found your rightful place in the lead. Even with a bit of fairy dust I think you have us well beat. No fairy dust for me today and don't think I ever saw 400w at any point today. Maybe just at the start and end.
If I can't draft your ghost on Saturday, looks like you'll have a good strong win in the league, however I'm not quite sure what AAAC has shoved up his sleeve, but I think he has something.

Actually I did have the new tyre and a recently cleaned and ceramic lubed chain and cassette so well put it down to that. Let's see what happens next week!

yeh - he is ! god knows when hes coming home ? i think he is waiting to see what they do when visa runs out
he's left of Chicago - near Davenport - doubtful if you will bump into him - USA is quite big you know - but sure he would buy you a beer
