Not sure how the infection would have happened. It's not like they get to come in contact with anything.

I know that feeling... Or not as the case may be!

Greetings from Mallorca.

Wet today, so catching up with stuff and reading the forum.

Have any of the Mallorca regulars used the Mallorca cycle tours transfer bus from Port de Pollença to Andratx? They take you and your bike to Andratx and you ride back the length of the Serra de Tramuntana. Epic day out. 73 miles and over 7k feet of climbing including the Puig Major. Highly recommended!!

Here's my Strava file of the ride.

And the obligatory mountain selfie at the top of the Puig Major.

Not a regular, but a week on Monday I will be using said bus transfer to ride said route ... but I will be adding on an additional 30 miles and 8000ft of climbing to do des canonge, Port De Valdemossa and Sa Calobra ... Reading forum between packing

3 of our team dropped down to Des Canonge and Port de Valdemossa. They did stop for lunch but got back to the hotel around 6.45.

If you're going to take in Sa Calobra as well, then:

1. Good luck
2. You're crazy
3. I'd take some lights with you!

But enjoy anyway!!

I've not taken the bus but I have done that route. 'Epic' indeed sums it up - a great ride with hardly any traffic (other than cyclists) on the MA-10 and some splendid coastal views .

I'm itching to get out myself now - 2 weeks today!

Enjoy your time there - hope the weather improves so you can get plenty more good cycling in.

It's pissed down today, so opted for a rest day.

Heavy showers, sunny intervals and a few midday thunderstorms forecast for my last day tomorrow.

You've been cheated, when I did it, it was 85 miles and over 9000 ft of climbing ;)
