Where did you get
I have got some copy trx resistance straps and have been doing some exercises with them to stretch, loosen and strengthen this last week, all in anticipation of going out on the road. Apart from waking yesterday with a back that didn’t want to rotate they seem to help. I certainly wouldn’t be able to do deep squats without them. Highly recommended

Your copy versions where and maybe more important how much?

Mine are made by GHB from Amazon but no longer showing there.they were £25. These are close enough but if you google them then you will likely find them on eBay
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lychee-Pro...7&sr=8-1-fkmr1&keywords=Ghb+suspension+straps

And here ya go
http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/suspension-trainer

As you can see they all look pretty similar.

I'boro
i lent my mate the old bkool classic a few months ago when he became ill
he is no longer able to use it so he has given it back
its not in pristine condition but it works ( well it did when he had it - but i havent tried it )
i dont want anything for it but does anyone want it ? i will ask on the other pages we all frequent , if it can be harvested for parts by anyone then it will be better than just collecting dust n rust in the shed

You all busy then?

Changing to 28 mm tires. They are supposed to have lower rolling resistance and less vibration loss. Used 32s before on a ride from DC to Pittsburgh on a canal tow path but hard to judge rolling resistance because not much pavement.

Edit: Only for real world rides. On the turbo I'm sticking with the 23s.

I've just bought some 28's but have not put them on yet. I'm thinking of doing the 'Cheshire Cobbled Classic' this year so got them with that in mind as it includes ten sectors of cobbles. It is Flanders themed with Belgian waffles at the feed stations, Leffe at the end and you get an actual cobblestone upon completion (like Paris Roubaix). And if you make it up 'The Corkscrew' (apparently the steepest road in the country at 45% - gulp ) you get more free beer.

Wow-looks fantastic and terrifying in equal measure. Tempted...
