Gulp. 2hrs on a bkool I've been doing almost every other day this year due to a weight loss plan I'm running plus the LEJoG league. 2hrs on the kickr

You'll still be able to do 2 hours on the kickr but maybe at less intensity and you'll certainly travel less distance as you won't be going as fast ... but, 2 hours is still 2 hours
