I’m probably selling my p2m for vectors. Unless I can get a stupid deal on something Sram compatible for my new build it doesn’t really make sense having more than one power meter.

Silent. Better put some kind of noise maker to warn cyclists.

Edit. I was joking but googled and found this.

http://www.futurecars.com/future-cars/electric-cars/top-10-noisemakers-for-electric-vehicles

I didnt see this feature, but the car has 'Pedestrian awareness noise emission'. So under 19mph there is some sort out sound, it switches off after a certain speed.

Oh carp. I've just had a go at one of the workout sessions on bkool with the kickr with my Pro level FTP setting. 18 minutes. xx(. Z1 ok, Z2a ok, Z2b ok, Z3 240w not ok, didn't make Z6. No way am I going to be able to hold on to 220+ watts for the amount of time they want me to.

I think I'll do as I planned. Complete the LEJoG league with the pro, do my weight loss plan on the kickr. Once both are done look at setting a new kickr ftp and plan from there. My riding just got a lot harder

Respect to all of your efforts Sir.
I am blessed with a slender frame that pretty much manages itself regardless of intake and or output.
I was actually quite glad when I put on a stone when I was about 44.

Tonight's chaingang is Heerhugowaard (again) with warmup starting at 7pm (7:10 race start)
Find the ride by looking for Bill S with the filters or Cyclechat or use the name of the ride.

I'm going to make a suggestion related to the (Team Cyclechat) on many of our names. If we change it to just (Cyclechat) then maybe we can eliminate the problem with our names obscuring the time differences readout during the ride.

What about Quarq sram red DZero 11r 110bcd at sigma sport £669

Edit
That's what I'll be getting

I’ve looked at it mate. It’s seems pretty flawless. But If I can sell my p2m I’d expect to get close to that money. Then if I buy the vectors I’d have a powermeter I can swap between bikes which also gets great reviews. I have a personal preference for crank based pm’s but I’ve also got quite a bit of other kit to buy over the next few months so something might have to give.

Bob I think you’d be better off getting a double sided powermeter.

£849 for the Dual Sided Vector 3's

I bought mine at clever training's UK site with a 10% voucher from Rainmaker, so only £765!

http://www.clevertraining.co.uk/garmin-vector-3-3s-pedal-based-power-meters

you save 10% across the board using DCR10BTF!

Save £85 and pay for Bkool Premium for a year... ;)

Geoff

Edit: Or buy my Powertap G3 AMP 35 wheelset and get a set of 35mm carbon wheels chucked in with your dual sided power meter!

Was thinking the same thing or change the font size.
That's will be how BKool will manage it out by concentrating on looks and not functionality.
I was just thinking on Tuesday night that although high end graphics are nice when your in the middle of the race you are just focused on the man in front or the gap or whatever and I can never remember thinking that I like/don't like the graphics untill your on a roller coaster or riding through the scenery.

I could get a nice set of alloys for that or some pretty good coilovers.

Indeed, a lot of the graphics is of little importance, but in that respect I think bkool have it more right than zwift. One thing I'd really like would be if they would let you see everyone in the race rather than just the guy in first place plus the two in front and the two behind. Good thinking with the font size. I might give that a go too.
edit: I couldn't find any way to alter the font size.
